An Introduction to Our CompanyCollin & Hobson plc are UK based importers, agents and distributors ofambient and chilled dairy and related products mostly sourced from mainland Europe. We also manage sales and distribution contracts for selected UK based manufacturers. We control our own chilled distribution service from our Head Office and National Distribution Centre located in Tamworth, Staffordshire. From here we also operate a third party central distribution service for cash & carry operators. In December 1994 we were successful in being accredited with the Quality Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000 for sales, storage and distribution of temperature controlled and ambient packaged food products. At present our company supplies product to UK based retail multiples, secondary multiples, independent retail chains, national wholesale cash & carry operators as well as independent dairy companies. We employ our own sales team, including a Sales Manager and four Regional Account Managers.
